I think we have enough catalysts in this existance. Somewhere along the line, the concept of money becomes lost in translation. People spend copious amounts of time to earn cash in both reality and Guild Wars, so the kid who mows his lawn for 20 bucks and buys 200k gameside via e.Bay shouldn't be scolded.
Oh, I do know that my afore babble isn't what this topic was talking about; there's a point where someone's misplaced bashfulness of your ethics becomes no-longer misplaced.
And, really, who like non-Chicago deep dish pizza?
